AuditFlag is not investment advice, not a research recommendation, and not a substitute for your own due diligence or a licensed financial advisor. It reports, as-filed, when a US public company's auditor includes "going concern" language in a 10-K, 10-Q, or related amendment on SEC EDGAR. It does not predict bankruptcy, recommend buying, selling, or shorting any security, or evaluate whether a company will actually fail.
A going-concern opinion is a real and disclosed accounting judgment, but many companies that receive one continue operating for years, raise capital, or recover. Treat every alert as a pointer to the primary source filing (linked in every alert), not as a conclusion.
We make no guarantee that every relevant filing will be caught, that EDGAR's full-text search index is complete or current, or that a match is free of false positives (e.g. a filing quoting the phrase while discussing a different company, or a prior-period reference carried into a later filing). Always read the actual filing before acting on any alert.
The service is provided as-is with no warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any investment decision made, or not made, based on its output.
